Kinoshita Katana – Entry Level Sharp Katana with Samurai Heritage

The Kinoshita Katana takes its name from the Kinoshita clan, a samurai family that rose to prominence in Japan’s Sengoku period. Known for their loyalty and ties to the legendary Toyotomi Hideyoshi, the Kinoshita family played a key role in shaping feudal Japan. This katana is a tribute to their spirit: reliable, functional, and steeped in tradition.

Forged by hand with attention to detail, the Kinoshita Katana features a sharp maru kitae blade with bohi, made from 1045 high carbon steel. The blade is full tang and fully functional, suitable for entry-level practice in Iaido, Kendo, Kenjutsu, Battodo or Ninjutsu, while also making an impressive decorative piece.
